Please be advised that we make every effort to ensure that our Hotel meets all the guidelines of the Ministry of Development regarding sanitary conditions.
We place dispensers with liquid hand disinfectants available to guests, in particular at the entrances to the premises.
We provide the opportunity to buy protective masks at the reception. After each client, we ensure cleaning the room and disinfecting all touch surfaces (including chair backs), equipment (e.g. remote controls) and the bathroom, as well as thoroughly ventilating the room. We rent the room again after disinfection (1 day)
As for cleaning staff, it is equipped and adheres to the use of a disposable mask, gloves and, if necessary, a disposable long-sleeved apron.
Room cleaning will only take place at the client's request.
In addition, for safety reasons it is not possible to eat meals in restaurant areas. However, they are issued directly to the rooms. The common restaurant room and children's playroom will be out of use until they enter the next defrosting phase.
